The displayed price and currency selected by you, will be the same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt.
5. OFFICE FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL (OFAC) SANCTIONED COUNTRIES.
Squeaky Clean Services will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC targeted countries.
6. REPRESENTATIONS BY YOU.
By visiting the Site, you represent, warrant and covenant that (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) that all materials of any kind submitted by you to Squeaky Clean Services through the Site or for inclusion on the Site will not plagiarize, violate or infringe upon the rights of any third-party including trade secret, copyright, trademark, trade dress, privacy, patent, or other personal or proprietary rights.
7. PERMITTED USE.
You agree that you are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than for personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by Squeaky Clean Services to do so. You also agree not to deep-link to the site for any purpose, unless specifically authorized by Squeaky Clean Services to do so. The content and software on this Site is the property of Squeaky Clean Services. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
8. YOUR ACCOUNT.
If you use Squeaky Clean Services Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account from any devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The Site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.
9. NO COMMERCIAL USE.
This Site may not be used by you for any commercial purposes such as to conduct sales of merchandise or services of any kind. You must obtain Squeaky Clean Service’s prior written consent to make commercial offers of any kind on the Site, whether by advertising, solicitations, links, or any other form of communication.
10. LINKS AND SEARCH RESULTS.
The Site may automatically produce search results that reference and/or link to third party sites throughout the World Wide Web. Squeaky Clean Services has no control over these sites or the content within them. Squeaky Clean Services does not guarantee, represent or warrant that the content contained in the sites is accurate, legal and/or inoffensive. Squeaky Clean Services does not endorse the content of any third party site, nor does it make any representation or warranty about these sites, including that they will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer. By using the Site to search for or link to another site, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against Squeaky Clean Services for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the Site to obtain search results or to link to another site.
11. COPYRIGHT POLICY.
Squeaky Clean Services may terminate the privileges of any user who uses this Site to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a license, express consent, valid defence or fair use exemption to do so. If you submit information to this Site, you warrant that the information does not infringe the copyrights or other rights of third parties.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
You acknowledge and agree that Squeaky Clean Services will own all rights, titles and interests in and to any copy, translation, modification, adaptation, derivative work or improvement of the On-line Materials made by or for you. At Squeaky Clean Service’s request, you must execute, or obtain the execution of, any instrument that may be necessary to assign these rights, titles or interests to Squeaky Clean Services or perfect these rights, titles or interests in Squeaky Clean Service’s name.
15. LICENCE GRANTED TO YOU.
By providing materials to Squeaky Clean Services, you agree that you shall waive all claims and have no recourse against Squeaky Clean Services for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary rights in any communication, content or material submitted to Squeaky Clean Services. Any communication or materials you send to Squeaky Clean Services will be treated as non- confidential and non-proprietary and may be disseminated or used by Squeaky Clean Services for any purpose, including, but not limited to, developing, creating, manufacturing or marketing products or services.
The Site may contain advertisements and/or sponsorships. The advertisers and/or sponsors that provide these advertisements and sponsorships are solely responsible for insuring that the materials submitted for inclusion on the Site are accurate and comply with all applicable laws. Squeaky Clean Services is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any advertiser or sponsor.
Headings & section titles in this Agreement are for convenience and do not define, limit, or extend any provision of this Agreement.
18. BOOKING POLICY.
18.1 Channels for communication:

18.2 All government holidays as per law will be adhered to and are applicable as such.
18.3 Service other than Working hours/days and on Public Holidays will be charged extra, if service is accepted. Depending on location and time, additional transport charges may apply.
18.4 Our service is booked & paid by hours and not task/s or their completion. DEWA connection must already be activated so housekeeping crew can access water & electricity and property has air conditioning functional.
18.5 We reserve the right to amend the initial quotation, should the client’s original requirements change.
18.6 The customer service advisors can only give a rough estimate of the duration of the cleaning service, which is based on a basic description of the client’s house / office. Please note that the crew may discuss a variation on the planned duration if, in practice, it appears to be required.
18.7 Working outdoors is subject to environmental factors being acceptable to the housekeeping crew at your property. Client to provide access to inaccessible parts of the property, for crew to perform their job.
18.8 The crew will work at the location booked & shall not be transported or sent to any other location, without prior permission from Squeaky Clean Services office.
18.9 If collection of keys is required from a location outside the local area, a transport fee AED 20 will apply.
18.10 Client agrees to provide a task list, all cleaning chemicals, tools and equipment (vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket and portable ladder) required to carry out the service, unless other arrangements have been made with Squeaky Clean Services. Any cleaning equipment provided by client, should be safe and in full working order.
18.11 Housekeeping crew are not allowed to share their contact numbers with clients. For any instructions & need, please contact us on Helpline & we will do the needful.
18.12 Housekeeping crew are mandated to carry their phone on person for safety reasons.
18.13 Client to provide/pay, if applicable, access to the Building / Apartment / Community & Cleaning Supplies, tools, as necessary.
18.14 At any service, only one deal / offer can be availed.
18.15 Same Maid on every service, is available only on Maid Cleaning Subscription, applicable with a minimum once a week or more recurring service. Should preferred maid be absent on scheduled appointment, a replacement cleaner will be provided if available. Cancellation Policy applies if replacement maid is rejected by client.
18.16 Maid Cleaning Subscription – Invoice for the month is always paid in advance for the service scheduled. Maid Cleaning Subscription is renewed automatically each month. Online Payment is automatically processed upon each renewal.
18.17 Same maid offer is not applicable with any other promotion or offer. Housekeeper assigned are subject to availability to all services booked except when booked with Maid Cleaning Subscription.
18.18 Maid Cleaning Subscription Offer benefits are withdrawn on 2 consecutive or 3 in total occasions No Show or cancellation has occurred. (Specific exclusion as per clause 18.19).
18.19 Client with Maid Cleaning Subscription: Client can terminate the cleaning service by giving 30 days advanced notice in writing or by email and specifying the last cleaning date.
18.20 Client with Maid Cleaning Subscription: Temporary holiday suspension of service requires 2 weeks’ notice; Cancellation of service requires 1-month notice or payment in lieu of.
18.21 Client to provide us with specific instructions, should you have any objections to our standard cleaning procedures or require specific attention.
18.22 Client to take all reasonable precautions to protect your valuables and properties from theft and damage at all times when our staff is at your premises to carry out their work.
18.23 Our staff works under supervision / instruction of client. It is client’s responsibility not to expose them to unreasonable dangers. In case of any eventuality, client is responsible for all related expenses.
18.24 Clothes which require special treatment must be excluded from those given for laundry & Ironing service. Service provider not to be held responsible for damage to such article, in case were not separated as per client preferences.
18.25 You can not hold the crew from leaving your property once agreed service time is up. Please contact us, in the event you have any concerns. We hold the right to initiate action as per governing UAE local laws.
18.26 The client accepts and understands that poor service, breakage/damage or theft must be reported within 12 hours from the service date. Failure to do so will entitle client to no refunds or retouch cleanings.
18.27 Squeaky Clean Services may require the presence of the client or his/hers representative in the beginning and at the end of the cleaning session as an inspection can be carried out and if any corrections, should be made on the same day. Squeaky Clean Services reserves the right not to return a cleaner more than once.
18.28 Squeaky Clean Services reserves the right to amend and change any discount amount and promotional price without advance notice or prior consent.
19. PAYMENT POLICY.
19.1 Squeaky Clean Services accepts payment by cash or online payment by Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED for its products and services in advance of the service.
19.2 Cash Payments - the client agrees to pay for the service prior to or at the end of the service. A payment confirmation will be given to the client by the housekeeping crew at the time of payment upon completion of the booking.
19.3 Processing Online Payments - We store a token against your card and the information is directly saved by the payment processor. All cards are saved by our payment processor in a secure vault to offer the highest security to our clients. You agree that at the time of the Booking Request, your payment details will be transferred to the payment processor for future processing.
Upon the completion of the booked service, we will issue you an electronic invoice. Once issued, you agree to the automatic processing of payment of applicable Cleaning Fees and Cleaning Product Fees by the payment processor. If you happen to pay any applicable charges with your credit card, we may seek pre-authorisation of your credit card account prior to your purchase.
Payment confirmation of online payments will be sent to the customer via email notification within 48 hours upon receipt of payment.
If you choose to pay the fee by your credit card, you, as the cardholder, must retain a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all the information in your account.
19.4 Maid Cleaning Subscription fees are payable in advance and payment is automatically processed, upon receipt of the invoice as per the agreement.
19.5 We reserve the right to suspend service, without any further notice, if invoice is not settled by 5th of the month.
19.6 Discount Service / Special Promotion Service fees are payable by the client in advance via Online Payment only. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the service if payment has not been made prior to the service date.
19.7 VAT or any other Tax to be applied additional to the service, as & when applicable, according to local governing laws.
20. CANCELLATION POLICY.
20.1 Client may cancel or adjust the time of a cleaning visit/s by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice. Notification must be in written format and to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
20.2 Client agrees to pay 50% of the invoice amount if the client cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
20.3 Client agrees to pay the 50% of the scheduled appointment in the event of a lock-out & cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; or problem with client’s keys.
20.4 Service will be considered started after 15 minutes of crew arrival to your home / office, in the event client is not on site of work or late. Our service is booked by time and must be paid accordingly.
21. REFUNDS & CLAIMS POLICY.
21.1 Having fulfilled the cancellation policy, clients can claim refund or adjustment in subsequent invoice.
21.2 All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
21.3 A transaction fee of 5% of the total refund amount will be incurred on refund request and deducted from the total refund amount.
21.4 No refund claims will be considered once the cleaning service has been completed.
21.5 All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed by the client.
21.6 We are not responsible for damage due to faulty or improper installation of items.
21.7 In the event, client is not willing to accommodate, communicate, becomes unreachable to our service team or provide sufficient evidence or reason, or claim is breaching these terms & conditions, the claim will be considered null & void.
21.8 In case of a claim regarding missing item / lost item from your property, clients must inform us before the concerned staff leaves your premise. Squeaky Clean Services will not be responsible for any claims whatsoever and are willing to cooperate as per local law & order to take its befitting course of action.
21.9 Credit amount of Weekly Cleaning Subscription will be refunded only if the client does not require cleaning services for more than 4 weeks. (Transaction fee will apply as per clause 21.3)
22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY POLICY.
Squeaky Clean Services’ Liability for damage or personal injury resulting from negligence of that of its employees or agents is limited. Squeaky Clean Services liability or in connection with the agreement shall be limited as follows:
22.1. For physical damage to property caused by the negligence of Squeaky Clean Services, its employees or agents, to the sum of AED100.
22.2. The customer is responsible for exercising caution and common sense to protect their safety and personal property. The customer is responsible for securing to protect - cash, jewellery and any other items of value. Squeaky Clean Services have a zero-tolerance policy in terms of theft and dishonesty. No responsibility or liability is however accepted for any of the above.
22.3. The customer is responsible for reporting any incident, breakage, damage and loss within 12 hours of completion of the service. Failure to do so will nullify any claim.
22.4. Laundry and ironing assistance can be provided upon the customer request. The customer agrees to provide full supervision and instruction for any laundry and ironing undertaken by our team. The customer is wholly responsible to manage and separate any laundry items, including colours, delicate fabrics, linens, temperature requirements or materials with specific washing or ironing instructions. Upon request of laundry and ironing assistance, the customer agrees and accepts complete responsibility for all items and any damages that may occur. Squeaky Clean Services is not responsible or liable for any damage to laundry items or machinery during laundry process; including but not limited to, shrinkages, burns, colour changes, equipment damage or any other damage resulting from washing, drying, or ironing processes.
22.5. Squeaky Clean Services is not liable for completing tasks which are not stated on our task list or in absence of particular instructions.
22.6. Squeaky Clean Services will not be held liable for cleaning jobs not complete due to the lack of suitable cleaning tools and/or equipment in full working order, water, or electricity.
22.7. Squeaky Clean Services will not be held liable for third party entering or present at the client’s premises during the cleaning process.
22.8. Squeaky Clean Services will not be held liable for wear or discolouring of floor/tile, glue or paint marks becoming more visible once dirt has been removed.
22.9. Squeaky Clean Services will not be held liable for failing to remove old/permanent stains, glue or paint marks that cannot be removed using standard cleaning methods or tools provided by client or Squeaky Clean Services.
22.10. Squeaky Clean Services will not be held liable for any damages caused by a faulty or not in full working order equipment supplied by the client.
22.11. Squeaky Clean Services will not be held liable If the client has items which need special cleaning methods and special cleaning chemical or tools, Squeaky Clean Services reserves the right to refuse the provision of the same.
23. NON-SOLICITATION POLICY.
23.1 During the term of this Agreement and after termination of this Agreement, client will not, without the prior written consent of Squeaky Clean Services manager, either directly or indirectly, solicit or attempt to solicit, divert, or hire away any person employed by Squeaky Clean Services.
23.2 By hiring Squeaky Clean Services, the client agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service he/she will not hire or use any domestic services provided by a present or past housekeeper of Squeaky Clean Services. If the client wishes to hire or use services provided by such a person, then he/she must pay a referral fee of AED 5000/-.
24. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control. Our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
